It’s Friday!! It has been a long and busy week, so I wrote a little poem to end the night and look forward to the weekend!!

A glass of wine and
a great dinner
Another glass of wine
a card game is in line
Hee, hee Ho-ho
I win, the weekend just begun!!

We play Uno, poker and then also chess and checkers and a board game “Bulldogoply” which is just like monopoly except with Bulldogs :-). As you probably know by now I am a bit partial to Bulldogs Lol :-)!! Use to play cards with friends but that was when I lived in Florida so I haven’t done that for a while. Do you play cards?

I love games and cards. I always got games as Christmas presents. Recently I gave all the games in the closet to my son as he finally had a home to keep them in. 🙂
I used to play a lot of bridge before I married over 40 years ago. I had a promise that somebody would learn the game. 😦 Never happened. lol
We have a hand of casino every day. Used to play a lot of backgammon. Times change.

My family use to love to play bridge. I always wanted to learn but never did :-(. I love games too… Funny, I gave them to my kids too 🙂 Maybe we can come up with a game just for us seniors lol 🙂

This brought back fun memories of wine, tournament Scrabble games and some sore losers (or bad drinkers.) OH, and Canasta!! We got so good at that, we increased some of the rules. It was epic! 😀
