Hi there and welcome to my “about” page. I started this blog awhile back but “things” just seemed to get in my way! Well, I’m trying to give it a go again. I have learned quite a bit over the last few years and have been concentrating on mental and physical health. My life journey has taken me down some very interesting paths and I have learned many, many things. I have also meet some very interesting people along the way.
My passion is to have and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle! That is to eat the right foods, to smile everyday and move forward in positive directions. To have peaceful, quite, reflective time enjoying everyday. To spend time with my beautiful Bulldog “Maggie Mae” and enjoy the beauty of nature. It’s to live everyday with smiles and have positive encounters with people I meet.
