Well… this healthy eating is killing me LoL!! I’ve got bone soup in my cockpot?? Protein green shakes for breakfast, my homemade trail mix of organic raisins, raw nuts, organic coconut, goji berries and organic cliff bar for snack!! Dinner is steamed or roasted veggies or maybe a salad with baked chicken or fish…. All kidding aside, I must say I do feel pretty good. I seem to have more energy, less brain fog and an all around feel better feeling. Lots of back on the track needed after all those holiday treats and goodies :-). Taking as much sugar out of your eating habits is definitely a great thing.
I made this really awesome hamburger in my iron skillet tonight. I have never tried that before and I will definitely cook it this way again! Ya, I know beef really isn’t the best but once in awhile okay….
