Today, it has started again, that pounding feeling in my head about writing. As I think about “our life in the moment” and all the moments that have gone by so very quickly… I realize that these past few months I have again allowed the ever present, stand in front of you, distractions!! How have I come to be here? Here, in the frame of the quickly ending November? As my mind searches back, visions come into play: I retired, the getting ready of selling the Montana house, then it is sold. Next the journey to Arizona and then??
It is the last week of July. It is sweating hot, I must empty the u-haul, must get settled, have company coming!!! And so passes August.. Then September sneaks around the corner with it’s unforgiving distractions and responsibilities. My aging fur baby (MaggieMae) is not doing well, my life partner is in and out of the hospital and our rental is expiring!!! Life’s unexpected entries that changes ones plans is in the works and no one can control it! The month goes on, prayers and research and love move toward the undying and relentless “I can fix it theory”!! Things are looking up…
I find a 6 month rental to keep us on our journey. The fur baby has recovered as best as possible for an old girl. My partner, well, a new beginning is emerging. He is definitely improving, the light has gotten brighter, the moments worth every ounce of effort as the results are proving uplifting and exciting. New found opportunities, energy and motivation are emerging and life seems to be getting back on track!
We have now been in our new rental for almost 2 months and everyone is doing pretty good for old timers. We have some exciting ideas and events to look forward to. Thanksgiving was one of absolute thankfulness and feeling extremely blessed. All of this has led me back to the path and desire to write. It has been awhile and fingers for typing need oiling but my heart and my soul are definitely in it again!
“Share the love and enjoy all your moments!!”

HEART ATTACK survival – when alone – can be a cough away!
27 Oct 2017 3 Comments
Please pause for 2 minutes and read this. It could save your life!!
- Let’s say it’s 7.25pm and you’re going home (alone of course) after an unusually hard day on the job.
- You’re really tired, upset and frustrated.
- Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up in to your jaw. You are only about five km from the hospital nearest your home.
- Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far.
- You have been trained in CPR, but the guy who taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself.
- HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE? Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before…

A new journey begins
A vision, a dream… the time is finally here. The gathering of minutes, hours, days, years and now it is here. Maybe to travel across the country, to see family and friends, to enjoy the riches of the earth, to sit back and gaze at the stars. Maybe fish in a brook, paint or write… the options are numerous! I wait in anxious excitement to step into the discovery of this new journey.
There is much to do / to prepare!! There are decisions to be made. There are motor-homes to look at!!!
Lions and tigers.. Oh my!! Oh but what fun it will be!!!

Hard to believe that I am now retired! Well, retired from a 40 hour work week. I plan on getting involved with other things as I travel down this unknown road. I am just beginning to feel and realize that I am now on a different journey.
I am looking forward to all the very exciting things that are about to come my way….
Let the fun begin!!!!!

Does anyone else have those moments where self doubt just takes over and you wonder is it you or is the other person just not getting it? Where you go over it and over it again and again in your mind using up all your energy and wasting the day because you just can’t get it out of your head or understand why they just don’t get it?? Maybe it was me? Maybe it was my fault? Maybe, maybe…. You tell yourself: oh well, just let it go… it’s done it’s over… move on… And then, here you are again trying to get out of your head!!!
Tomorrow will bring a new day and time will help to let it go!

I’ve actually made it to 62 this July 1st! I can not wait to go to Glacier National Park and get my free pass. See… there are some great things about turning 62!!
I feel pretty good. Eating healthy and staying in shape has helped a ton. I’m enjoying my days and still working full time. I feel very blessed and have a ton of gratitude. I’ve experienced a lot of life journies and learned so many things… I thank God everyday for my life!!!
May you all have a great day and “live your life in the moment with passion, love and kindness”

Kind of a cloudy day with a bit of rain off and on, a good book day :-)! Actually this whole week is forecast to be rainy… Good for the spring flowers!!
This has been a good few days off from work. We are slow at the hotel and doing renovations. It is certainly a great time to get some things done that I don’t normally get the chance to do.
Today I went to the Nissan dealership. I had the oil changed on my 2006 Nissan Xterra. I love that car but I guess they are taking that model off the selling lineup 😦 !! That makes me quite sad. Oh well, when it comes time to trade her in I’ll just have to go for a newer used one!! 🙂
Enjoy your day and make it a good one, cheers!!!

January 1, 2016!!! I was so caught up… so busy at work… so tired when I got home… and on and on went the reasons and the time!!!
Today, for some unknown reason, I began to flip through the blogs of those I follow but have not visited for quite sometime. I started flipping through the post’s of past, discovering how much has happened and changed! I cried, I smiled and I gazed into space pondering the stories and life changing events that have happened to those I have come to know through their blogs and post of sharing……
I realize it is a new year, a time that lends itself to think about the past and the future… it awakens something deep inside and calls out…..
I must, somehow, get back…. it is after all a new year!!!

Out of work and my grandson has his first baseball get together (scrimmage). Can’t miss that so I need something quick for dinner?? I found this awesome canned tuna the other day: SustainableSeas packed in water, no salt added and no other additives!! Also 100% pole caught. So I did up my avocado mix added the tuna and had it on romaine lettuce leaves with some rice crackers. Turned out pretty good and great way to do the tuna without the bad for you mayo! I also whipped up living intentionally simple’s haystack coconut oatmeal cookies. Very interesting, no added sugar and all healthy stuff… very good !! Thank you again seraireland for the awesome recipe. I added some dried blueberries to the recipe… yum!!
Great quick dinner and snack! Off shortly to the baseball scrimmage game :-). I won’t be able to stay to long as I have to go to bed early as I will need to get up at 3:30 A to get ready for work. I’m on the breakfast detail tomorrow morning!!
Enjoy your evening and live your life in the moment with passion, love and kindness 🙂
