Sticking with my healthy food plan tonight was organic chicken thighs baked in oven with a little olive oil, pepper and Celtic sea salt, organic wild brown rice mix and a wonderful green salad. I even made my own salad dressing with avocado, lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Right now, as I write this post, I am having warm tea made from a mix I put together of sliced lemons, fresh ginger and 100% raw honey. It is very, very good!
The next recipe I’m going to try, not tonight though as I am headed to bed soon, comes from a fellow blogger ( living intentionally simple ) who posted what looks like an awesome healthy cookie recipe (coconut oatmeal haystack cookies) that I can not wait to try. Thanks Seraireland :-).
I wish everyone a happy and healthy night 🙂
